U.K. Heritage Rugs
When Brian Sales and his wife Judith opened their first shop in County Durham in 2006, they were surprised at the very low prices of some rug suppliers. Only later did they come to appreciate the significance of the GoodWeave® name found on rugs of equal or better quality.
As a licensee of the Royal Horticultural Society, U.K. Heritage Rugs have unique access to their priceless collection of botanical art found at the Lindley Library in London.
Their founder, Brian Sales, has designed carpets and rugs for over 40 years and has always considered manufacturing practices to be a significant element in the product story.
“Each year we take a stand at the world famous Chelsea Flower Show with new designs and a commemorative rug celebrating the show logo. The question regarding child labor is frequently asked and the GoodWeave story is always well received and is a fantastic sales aid.”
U.K. Heritage Rugs sell online to residential clients around the world. They can also be found at important RHS shows within the UK.
